The Korea Pilots' Education Center (KOPEC), established in 2013, is an authorized incorporated association under the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries. Our work encompasses education, accident analysis and safety research on various maritime-related topics. And we are committed to advancing maritime safety and striving for significant progress in the field.
